Who we are and what we stand for

Born in 1996, we are specialized in software for CRM and other core processes, based on robust technologies (Java, SOA, Eclipse Scout). We are at home in Baar, Baden, Bern, Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich, as well as among 70,000 users throughout the world. Powered by 179 employees, BSI is owner-operated, with nearly 100 operatively active shareholders. We reached a turnover of CHF 35.1 million in 2011.

1. We love customers and software

Good craftsmanship, honest communication, close proximity to customers: that’s BSI. Satisfied customers, experienced project teams, trendsetting technologies combined with fixed prices and deadlines are what make us stand out. We really enjoy making software at the interface to customers. And yet, BSI offers much more: We also help our customers handle other key processes in a structured manner with long-term solutions that make every day work easier, more transparent and more effective.

2. We can do a lot, but not everything

BSI’s successes are team successes resulting from a close dialogue with the customer, flexible collaboration with partners and open interfaces with third-party systems. Our customers are also our colleagues: From this understanding arises the best software, which is well integrated in the IT environment with reasonable costs. In the process we often work together with third parties, such as the customer's existing suppliers and BSI's specialized partners.

3. We are not yet satisfied

BSI has grown steadily by 10% each year since its founding. We are a solid, leanly organized company with a shareholder structure that guarantees continuity. Our success grows from a well-balanced mix of products, services, industries, customers and locations. So we have every reason to continue working as hard and with as much dedication as we have so far for even better software solutions and for customers who are even more satisfied. For you.
