BSI does not develop software in distant countries or behind closed doors, but in Switzerland and in open teamwork with its customers. This enables us to agilely react to new requirements and to accelerate projects though the networking of all available resources.
To take software concepts to software projects as quickly as possible, BSI deploys extensive customer proximity and intelligent project management in development. The following questions help us to reach the goal faster and with greater certainty.
- How can IT expertise on the customer side be optimally used and how can BSI's specific know-how be transferred to the customer right from the start?
- How can the individual software modules be prioritized and structured sensibly so that you can profit from the new solution as soon as possible?
- Can the desired result be achieved on the basis of a standard solution or would a custom solution be more economical?
- Which existing applications can be reused, and how can new functions be designed so that they are reusable (refactoring)?
- How can operating phase risks, such as slow performance, be eliminated in advance through early integration of real data and a contact feedback process?
- In what form will modification requests be documented? What can be directly implemented and reviewed, and what issues does it make more sense to handle in the next release or patch?
- What combination of individual and automated module tests guarantees the highest degree of function and performance security?
