Our customers
Our customers are also our colleagues. We supply them with an open, transparent product at reasonable costs that is well-integrated into their IT architecture. They can count on us throughout the process without being dependent upon us. Upon request, we train their software engineers for Eclipse Scout and can thereby guarantee 100% independence from vendors.

Specialized service provider
The greater the complexity of the assignment, the more multifaceted the solution is. Therefore, it is a matter of course for BSI to answer specific subquestions within a project in collaboration with external specialists, which may be existing suppliers to our customers or also existing BSI partners who offer services that we can recommend from experience .

Third-party products
BSI’s software is capable of doing a lot, but not everything. Wherever other vendors have better or more specific solutions – or when our customers already have a well-established application in use – we provide three prerequisites for success that is independent of vendors: modular functions, clear interfaces and open dialogue
